Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. We ship orders Monday through Saturday. To track your order, simply click on the tracking link provided.

Shipping Delays:

Delays can sometimes occur outside of Jansel's control, for which we are not responsible. If your parcel is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for the most up-to-date information regarding your shipment.
